Less version 332

Version 332 was released on 23 Apr 1997. Version 332 has just a few differences from less-330:

• Filenames from the command line are entered into the command history, so UPARROW/DOWNARROW can be used to retrieve them from the :e command.
• Some bugs in the Windows version have been fixed. Notably, it now works correctly when used in a scrolling terminal window (a window whose buffer is larger than the display window).
• On Windows, the console screen is restored on exit. Use -X to get the old behavior.
