Less version 415

Version 415 was released on 15 Nov 2007.

These are the differences between version 409 and version 415:

• New --follow-name option makes F command follow the name of a file rather than the file descriptor if an open file is renamed.
• Make searching with -i/-I work correctly with non-ASCII text.
• Fix DJGPP build.
