Less version 354

Version 354 was released on 27 Mar 2000. These are the differences between version 352 and version 354:

• Allow space after numeric-valued command line options.
• Fix problem with configuring terminal libraries on some systems.
• Add support for PCRE regular expression library.
• Add --with-regex option to configure to allow manually selecting a regular expression library.
• Fix bug compiling with SECURE = 1.
